'Sprout' Business Idea

'Sprout' was a business idea I developed for Media Business and Enterprise Module. It combines a forum-style social media with a multi-player game that encourages active participation in social media to combat loneliness. Users can create their own customisable character, and become part of Team Sprout, working together to reforest Earth. 'Sprout' is a social enterprise, where the money earned through the freemium model subscriptions and micro-transactions is given back to real charities that grow trees. The game is aimed at teenagers and is completely anonymous to provide safety.
